Hey hey! Thanks for visiting! I’m Kendra Y. Hill, Consultant at Kendra, Scale My Business. I became an entrepreneur in 2011 because I was bored. I had worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, the UNCF, Google and the San Antonio Spurs but I was just unfulfilled. After 6 years of running my own brand management firm, I decided it was time to finally pursue my passion for fashion. And through an act of God, I was working in the fashion industry.

Speaking of God - He’s funny. After a two year stint in the fashion industry, my partner and I were discussing my next move. He was very adamant that I was supposed to go back into consulting. I fought him (and God) kicking and (literally) screaming that I was only going to work as a Creative Director. A short 6 months later, I found myself in Cancun, Mexico consulting a lodging brand and signing to consult a client in Toronto, Canada.

Going back to my roots as a brand strategist and consultant, I have reinvented myself and revolutionized the traditional business consultant model. While most consultants operate in four phases - discovery, diagnosis, strategy and implementation - I work on all four simultaneously on repeat. I work hard to do a deep dive into your business, learn how it ticks and create ways to make it tick even better.

I use this same approach with creative entrepreneurs and YouTubers alike. Our work spans industries, continents and models.
