traditional consulting is lame…

Usually, you hire a consultant and they work in 3-4 phases (with a few months being allocated to each phase). So, most companies hire a consulting firm that comes in, does discovery (where they learn everything there is to know about your business), then they diagnose the problems (and uncover the covered), then they develop a strategy that they send you in a 50+ page document that you probably won’t even read. A lot of consultants also don’t offer implementation, ultimately leaving you holding the bag to execute the strategies all alone.

THIs is why we changed the game!

Simultaneous Phases.png

We have developed a whole new process that is changing the consulting game. Our 4-in-1 approach helps businesses to:

  1. Get the most bang for their buck;

  2. Quickly implement new processes that shift the business;

  3. Always have their finger on the pulse; and,

  4. Have a partner all along the way!

In short, we go through the 4 traditional phases of consulting all at once and then put it on repeat.

Let's talk scaling.png

WHAT IS IT?

Scaling is having the ability to grow without being hampered. It means that you have to create a business that is actually sustainable over a long period of time. For most businesses, this requires them to evaluate and invest in staff, processes, systems, technology and alignment.

WHAT are some barriers to scaling?

There are quite a few enemies to growth and scaling and they vary from business to business and boss to boss. Every CEO and company will have its own set of challenges, but here are some of the most common challenges our clients face:

- recruiting, hiring and retaining top tier talent;
- creating efficient SOPs;
- automating segments of the business;
- increasing cash flow;
- holding staff accountable;
- solving day-today problems that impact the business;
- assessing market value;
- accurately making projections;

- creating cultural competency;
- actively practicing diversity, equity and inclusion;
- transitioning leadership;
- training employees to make decisions and operate in autonomy;
- efficiently managing their client base;
- creating strategic marketing plans, and more.

That’s cool and all, but how do I know it’s time to hire a consultant?

Good question. Some key indicators that it’s time to hire a consultant include:

  • tracking everything manually;

  • ability to trace AP/AR regularly;

  • no system to track customers;

  • no email templates;

  • no automations;

  • antiquated technology;

  • multiple systems that can’t work in tandem with others;

  • lack of accountability;

  • no processes for getting things done;

  • minimal-to-no HR standards;

  • inability to make projections, identify liability and manage risk;

  • weak social media presence;

  • lack of strategies/plans;

  • dependence on the CEO for everything (or the absence of the CEO).
