Refund Policy

There are no refunds on any products. No exceptions. 

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items within 2-3 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. If there are issues with the product, please contact us at heyhey@kendrascalemybusiness.com so we may resolve your issue immediately.  


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer may cancel orders within 24 hours for a full refund. Beyond 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
